It’s amazing what can happen on Any Given Brew Day. That’s the exciting part about rolling up to all that shiny stainless before the sun comes up; you never know what’s going to happen. You may discover a new process on the fly that changes how you brew forever. You could taste a barrel and have a revelation. And, as recently happened at Deeds, you might use a hop you haven’t before and be completely blown away by the result.

Bintani and NZ Hops sent us some NZ-102 hop as part of the BRACT program which trials experimental hop varieties. When the glass hit our lips, we immediately wanted to get more of the hop and go big.

So, thank you Bintani and NZ Hops for keeping everyday brewery life exciting! It goes to show that on Any Given Brew Day you can be reminded of what brought you to the game in the first place.
