Yes there is a retail area in the entrance of our taproom where you can purchase take away cans, cases and merch. This is open during Taproom hours but if you would like to purchase outside these hours please call 1300 673 362 and another member of our team can assist you.
Unfortunately we do not have outdoor seating, we can’t currently accommodate furry friends.
The Dining Room is fully accessible including lift and accessible bathrooms.
You are very welcome to bring a cake however we charge a $20 cakeage fee. Decorations are also fine but must not be messy or interfere with other patrons. Please discuss details with your event manager prior to your event.
We have a small carpark on site, and there is limited street parking available on Paran Place. There is ample street parking available on High Street and Malvern Road.
Minors are permitted when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, must vacate the venue by 11pm.
Our menu has a range of options that can accommodate for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. Please note all dietaries when you are placing a booking, for or any specific dietaries not listed please reach out to our team to confirm options.
Our team do take requests for certain seating locations and will do our best to accommodate this for you on the day, however this is not guaranteed. Just make a note in the booking notes if you would like to request an area.
Shipping & Returns
Unfortunately we only ship Australia-wide at this time.
If your products are in stock, we’ll pick, pack and ship them off to you within two business days. If you’re pre-ordering a Limited Release, we’ll be sending them out from the stated release date. Metropolitan Melbourne orders will be delivered directly by the Deeds Brewing team. All other orders are sent from our Glen Iris brewery via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes are subject to change and are dependent on delivery partners. Please refer to the Australia Post website for the most accurate shipping times. In peak periods, please allow additional time for us to process and deliver your order.
Yes, you can place an online order and select “Brewery pick up” instead of shipping. With the exception of pre orders, all orders are ready for collection within 1-2 business days and you will be alerted via email when your order is ready.
If you’d like your order delivered to your door, we calculate shipping costs on weight. If you’re keen for the trip, we offer free click and collect from our Glen Iris brewery.
We are happy to exchange merchandise if you’ve ordered the wrong item or size (subject to availability). We don’t offer exchanges on beer unless you’ve received faulty stock or your order has been damaged in transit. If this is the case, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
You can pick up your orders at our Taproom & Kitchen – 4 Paran Place, Glen Iris during bottle shop opening hours. Simply chat to our staff and they will retrieve your order.
