There's nothing quite like sitting next to a campfire with your mates at night. The sky is dark and the bite of a cold wind chills your extremities. Laughter echoes off hallowed trees and tinnies get passed around with increasing merriment. Over in the US, there's typically one more addition to these sacred moments, the creation and consumption of the S'More. A roasted marshmallow is removed from its stick and slid onto a graham cracker with a small block of chocolate creating a messy dessert best eaten outside, and in the dark. We've recreated this delight in a super thick, sweet, syrupy heavy imperial stout with a bold booze background. And for that authentic S'More flavour we've added graham crackers to the mash and marshmallows to the kettle.
