IT'S OFFICIAL WE HAVE A PERMIT FOR A TAPROOM

It’s been a protracted journey with a lot of setbacks. All in the rear view mirror, we now move on to planning and building our Taproom with the intent of opening in Summer.

Check out the design of the Taproom in the renders below:

We’ve had a huge amount of support for the Taproom with 1740 signatories to our online petition, many from residents in our local council area, Stonnington. All this support helped highlight how popular and well received the proposal was in the local community. We also had support from our local Councillors. 7 of them voted for the proposal to go ahead, only 2 voted against it. A big thank you to Cr. Glen Atwell and Cr. Jami Klisaris who spoke on our behalf at the Councillor meeting in support.

Lastly and most importantly I want to thank everyone who wished us luck and wanted the Taproom to happen. Thank you for signing our petition, supporting us at the consultative meeting and contacting the Councillors directly. We couldn’t have done it without you and can’t wait to have you visit us when the Taproom is ready.

Cheers
Pat
